***Wolf’s POV***
We all walked, with a procession of animals, to the palace, and were received quickly by the king, who sent everyone away. The moment all of his staff was out of his throne room, he embraced me. “What are you doing back so quickly? Is something wrong?”
“Yes, something is wrong, but as of yet no injury.” I said as I made a sweeping gesture to Pan with my hand and stepped out of the way.
Pan stepped forward, her children behind her, and their tigers behind them. As she let down her hood, the King fell to his knees and bowed to her. I rolled my eyes angrily at his submission to this horrid cow, and Pan continued the formalities. “Your Majesty, my family seeks shelter.”
