In my first book, Three Days in Heaven, my author notes were practically a chapter! This one will be short and to the point.
Today I read a quote written by “unknown,” and it went like this;
On particularly rough days when I'm sure I can't possibly endure, I like to remind myself that my track record for getting through bad days so far is 100%… and that's pretty good.
Suicide is the tenth leading cause of death in the U.S., some studies say it's the ninth. Regardless, it's too many. Whatever the ranking, it impacts millions of friends, families, co-workers and colleagues every year. I spent many hours researching this topic and became somewhat educated.
