Adelaide shrugged, a cruel smirk playing on her lips. "So what if I tricked you? Benjamin, have you not accepted reality yet? Whether you live or die depends entirely on my mood." Benjamin gritted his teeth, then suddenly softened his tone, "Adelaide, after all these years together, do you really feel nothing for me at all? Must you send me to my death?"
