As soon as the door closed, Trinity turned on Jethro. “You don’t have to antagonize him.”
“No. I don’t have to.” He smirked.
“You are such an ass.” She glared at him, shaking her head.
“You used to find me funny.” Jethro shrugged. “I’m sure you will again when we spend more time together.”
Indy leaned forward, watching them as if they were the most interesting thing he’d seen in years.
“I doubt that.” She headed into the kitchen.
Jethro followed her, leaning against a cabinet by the sink. “Aw, come on.” His eyes skimmed down her body and then back up to her face. “As I recall, you quite enjoyed being alone with me the last time.”
