“Not really,” I said. I grabbed my Blue Moon. “Just made myself a rival,” I proudly announced.

“He came to my workplace to warn me.”
“Cassius is an asshole, Becker. Not even Gail likes him.”
“Tell me about it. But anyway, Amber told me a bit about herself.”

“Yeah. She had a nightmare about a man who almost tried to attack her when she was a little girl.” Concern was shown on his face. He knew about it. “However, I know there’s still something hidden there. That’s why she refuses to be saved. To let herself to feel.”
