Chapter 24: Across the Line
Holly Adams POV:
Raf pulled up to the curb outside my apartment.
“Thank you for tonight, Raf," I said, smiling sweetly. “Do you think we'll get another chance to go out again soon?"
“Things at work are still hectic," he replied. “I'll see what I can do, but I can't make promises yet."
“Well, until next time."
I placed my hand on Raf's cheek and guided him in for a kiss. Our lips touched, and then parted to let our tongues mingled as we tasted each other.
After a moment we broke apart and pulled away to just smile at each other.
