Hilda shooed them outside to talk to each other after seeing the way Xavie had been surprised to see Kian had been listening in on the conversation the entire time. The walk back to their bedroom was filled with silence and even if he could talk, he would have remained silent, leaving it up to her to break it.
She kept glancing at him though, as if trying to read his expression. At some point, just reaching outside their bedroom, he stopped and tilted his head, giving her the go ahead to say anything whatever she wanted to.
“So…Andrews killed himself, I was there earlier. He committed sucide upon getting home to his family, I don’t think Derek heard about that though.” She muttered the last part to herself but he heard it.
