We had just reached the cabin when I heard the shifter saying bye to someone, but I was too late to hear the rest of the conversation. I walked up the steps and knocked on the door, while Ryan waited at the foot of the steps and it didn't take her long to answer the door.
“Hey kelly, do you want to come and train with us? I know you must be bored out of your head in this place, especially seeing as Bo is busy doing something with Alpha Lucas.” I asked her, giving her my brightest and fakest smile. She looked at me and thought for a moment, I knew she really didn't want to, but she had to keep up appearances so it was the perfect thing to get her to lower her guard enough to reveal herself for what she really was.
