"Are you ready for this?" Ty asked me as she sat down in the passenger seat of my car.
"Two full days of Christmas in a row? I'm so ready," I laughed, putting the car into gear.
Ty and I had decided that we would spend Christmas Eve with my family and Christmas Day with her family. We were going to drive over to my church and attend the Christmas Eve service. On Christmas Day, we were going to go to Ty's church in the morning and then spend the rest of the day at her family's house.
"Good, because you're going to have to deal with my crazy family all day tomorrow," she said.
"Eh, I can handle them," I said cockily.
"Even Mark?" Ty smirked.
"Okay, maybe not him. He's annoying as heck!"
