Hestia is a psychometrician which means she should only deal with the administration, scoring and evaluating of psychological exams of test subjects, respondents, or patients if it’s in hospital.
She should only do research focusing on the construction and validation of assessment instruments including surveys, scales, and open- or close-ended questionnaires.
But since last year, she has been given cases beyond of what she signed up for and out of her field of expertise.
Instead of being just a researcher and dealing exclusively on measurement theory relating to psychology or specializing in learning and development of professionals in the industry, Hestia has a job of a psychologist now.
