“What are you doing here?” Hestia put her guard up instantly.
Hearthof noticed Hestia’s hostility towards him so he explained immediately, “I knocked but you didn’t answer so I came in with the tea and candles. There’s no generator here yet so in case of a power outage. Anyway, my room is at the right corner, I waited here to tell you this. Call me if you need anything, alright?”
“Mmm.” Hestia eased up a bit. “Should I stay here or there’s a guest room? Although I already intruded at your sister’s room, still that’s her bed.”
“Uh …” Hearthof scratched the back of his head. “If you’re not comfortable here you may use my parents’ room that room haven’t been used yet. The kids already took their own rooms here when they came for a vacation so there’s no more guest room.”
