Missing

(Liams POV)

What is happening around here? I woke up feeling strange then I remembered I had Layla stay over.

“Time to go! I got things to do today” I snapped at her

“Oh come on baby, don’t be like that! Why don’t you stay in bed with me and have your way with me!” She purred at me. God she makes my skin crawl but I need a distraction for that stupid Omega who I know will figure out I’m her mate!

“No! I will call you when I need you again!”

She frowns and quickly gets dressed. I smell lavender and mint when she opens my door and I already know who it is. I’ve know for a month but now that she is mature enough her scent is stronger and I fight my wolf from taking over to claim her! There is no way I am taking a weak orphan omega as my Luna! I say to myself.

I force myself to walk away after I make her clean my room from my night with Layla. Maybe she’ll get the hit that I don’t want her. All day I can’t seem to focus on anything other then her. I looked at lunch and dinner and couldn’t find her, maybe she is in her room crying! My wolf growls at me for making her upset but I can’t help it she isn’t strong enough! I walk into her bedroom and am over whelmed at her scent lingering on everything! I walk around the small space and can’t help but wonder how she lives this way! Barely any clothes and a twin bed with old ripped sheets.

I hear her enter and my wolf takes over and slams her against the door kissing her. The sparks shoot through me making me almost regret my choice to reject her! I inhale her amazing and relaxing scent! She said she has been out on a run, I can hear the slight quickness of her heart at being so close yet makes no move to cling to me, maybe she already knows what’s coming!

I watch as she falls clutching her chest and can’t help but be sad, my wolf is beyond angry and has blocked me but I know it’s better this way! I feel slight pain as she accept my rejection and I watch as she runs off to goddess knows where. I make my way back to my room and find Amber, Emily’s best friend waiting naked in my bed!

“What are you doing Amber?” Raising a eyebrow in question

“I know you just rejected Emily and wanted to help comfort you tonight!” She says with a smirk. How are they even friends? I shouldn’t care how this effects Emily so I quickly strip and climb in bed! I turn her over and slam into her so hard I don’t even give her a chance to warm up to me! I make quick work slamming harder and harder into her body I quickly release and push her towards the door!

“Thanks. Now get out so I can shower!”

She nods her head and walks out. At least she didn’t think she was staying her tonight! Before I even turn the water on I get a mind link from our head warrior saying rouges have breached the perimeter. I dress quickly and head outside! Before I can shift I feel a sharp pain in my chest and fall into darkness.

(Emily POV)

My head is pounding as I try to open my eyes! I look around and find I am in a lavish room with white walls, a tv mounted to the wall in front of me, a massive bookshelf full built in the wall. I look down and find I’m laying on a cloud of a bed wrapped in a thick black comforter. As I start to panic, I look under the blanket and see I am still in my clothes so at least I know whoever took me didn’t take advantage of me. I try to sit up and a slight pull makes me look at my arm and see that someone has hooked me up to an Iv and heart monitor.

I try to focus on any details I might have forgot when I was attacked! Nothing just a sharp pain in my head and blackness! I hear the door open, I peaked over and see a tall, muscular man walk in with a tray I believe to be food. Did he attack me? What does he want? Did he poison the food? My head is feeling with question but can’t help but smell hot chocolate which makes my mouth water!

“Good morning. Do you hurt anywhere? Are you hungry? I brought some eggs and toast, the doctor said you should eat something lite.”

“Oh I guess my head hurts and I’m a little hungry. I’m sorry but who are you and where am I?”

“Where are my manners? I’m sorry, my name is King Aiden Johnson. I can call the doctor for some meds for your head.”

Excuse me? Did he say King? I didn’t know we had Royal werewolves. I take the tray from him and sniff the eggs for poison before I unattractively scarf down the food. I look at Aiden who hasn’t stop staring at me since he walked in here.

“Are you the man that took me? What do you want? I’m nobody important just an omega your majesty. Please let me go!” I hear my voice crack and tears pool in my eyes. Aiden looks taken back at my words and moves closer to wipe my tears that have shed down my cheeks.

“My love, don’t you feel them? The spark when I touch you.”

I feel shocked, without thinking and grab his arm and feel them, the sparks of electricity shooting through my hand where I touch him! This can’t be, I already had my mate and he rejected me!

“How? I was rejected by my mate, how can you also be my mate?”

Aiden growls when I refer to another has my mate but quiets and takes my hands. He looks me in the eyes with so much love and admiration I wonder if it’s just a dream.

“Love, I am your second chance mate. I was walking around in the woods when I smelt the most enticing scent of mint and pine and saw you by the waterfall! You ran away before I could say anything so I left and came back hoping to see you again.”

“Oh. I’m sorry I ran because I though rouges where around and didn’t want to be attacked.” Aiden looks nervous after my comment and looks away.

“We’ll you were right about one thing. There were rouges. I am the king of rouges love and you will be my Queen if you accept me.” He says as he continues to look at the ground to scared to make eye contact with me.

I think back to the last 24 hours or so. I found my mate and he rejected me after making me clean his mess from sleeping with Layla. And here I am being asked to be a queen granted it’s to rouges but looking around this room they are doing well for themselves. I hear my wolf whimper at the thought of rejecting a second chance at happiness! I love my wolf to much to make her hurt because I’m to scared!

“Aiden?”

He looks at me with hesitation in his eyes! My heart breaks at the thought of rejecting him! How would I be any different then Liam for rejecting this man because he is rouge. I squeeze his hands and smile at him. He smiles at me and I feel so much love for this man already.

“I Emily Dickerson accept you Aiden Johnson!”

“I Aiden Johnson accept you Emily Dickerson” he smiles and pulls me to him.
