The battle didn’t slowed. It deepened. Firelight flickered wildly as the camp dissolved into chaos—wolves crashing into Valenti men, steel flashing, claws ripping through canvas and flesh alike. Howls split the night, layered with gunfire and shouted orders. Adrian was everywhere. Too fast. Too strong. Calla watched him tear through Rask’s wolves with terrifying efficiency—bones breaking, bodies flying, blood soaking into the dirt. This wasn’t strategy anymore. It was instinct unleashed.
