Practice Makes Perfect

We found Jay in the kitchen making breakfast with the other Omegas, as the smell of food hit me I started to sway on my feet, “are you alright Luna” said a woman coming up to me, “I think I’m just going to sit down for a second” I said sitting down on the floor “lil when was the last time you ate” Jay said crouching down beside me “I don’t know, uh a few days ago I guess” I said going to stand up but I fell to the ground “here” he said grabbing a bowl of porridge from the pot and crouching in front of me, he spooned the food into my mouth “I can feed myself you know” I said taking the bowl from him taking a few more bites before handing it back to him “you need to eat more” he said trying to get me to eat another spoonful, “I’m full, if I eat anymore I’ll be sick” I said curling up into a ball on the floor “if you don’t eat any more you’ll get sick” he replied. After breakfast was over I went to look for Jay. “Jay I need you to spar with me” I said in a hushed tone “yeah, lil and get my throat ripped out by the Alpha yeah that seems like such a great idea” he said walking away from me “Jay do I have to use my Luna power on you” I said calling after him “fine than I spar with you” he said coming back to stand next to me “out the back of the house in 10 minutes” he said before walking off. 10 minutes later and we were outside sparing “attack me, but this time plant your feet” Jay called, I circled around him looking for my moment to strike, I lunged forward sending us flying, but as we hit the ground Jay had pinned me for a third time “what am I doing wrong, I used to actually be able to pin you” I said as we stood up “here I’ll show you how to get them off you” he said, I pinned him down as hard as I could and all of a sudden his weight changed and he flipped us “now you try” he said, after about my third try I finally flipped him but that was also when Chris strode out anger written all over his face “what the hell do you think you’re doing” he said pulling me to my feet “are you hurt” he said looking me over “no, it was just a bit of fun” I said helping Jay up “I can smell blood on you” Chris said looking me over again and then looking at Jay “F**ken Hell” I said bolting inside, I ran to the nearest bathroom, I opened the cupboard and grabbed a tampon before running up to Chris room, apparently one of the Omegas put girls clothes up there for me, I ran into the bathroom and changed, Chris was banging on the bathroom door “Lily what’s wrong are you hurt” he yelled “I’m fine” I said opening the door “no you’re not, I’m taking you to the pack doctor” he said marching me out of the room “I don’t need a doctor Chris it my time on the month” I said he Gave me a confused look “I’m on my period, you i***t” I yelled just as Jackson came walking up to us “my apologise Alpha, Luna but two rouges has been spotted on our territory they says they has a message for the Luna” Jackson said.
