First Impressions

Chris’s POV

What was taking Jackson so long, I said sorting through papers on my desk, there was a knock on my office door before Jackson entered, bowing his head he closed the door, “we found the rouges, a man, woman and child, should we kill them now, Alpha” he said standing in front of the desk. “Can’t I have just one week without having to deal with rouges” I muttered to myself, getting up out of my chair and striding out of my office. I walked with Jackson down to the cells, it hit me like a train the smell of rain and honey, I approached the cells, a man was chained to the ceiling (standing with his arms holding most of the wait, a girl was sitting slumped against the wall, a small child sleeping in her arms, as soon as I saw her, my inner wolf stirred, “MATE” I growled lowly. As soon as I went to open the cell door, she was wide awake, struggling against the chains. “Mate” she whimpered in a frightened voice wrapping her free arm around the small child pulling him closer to her body trying to protect him “Beta Jackson, release the girl and child” I called out as Jackson entered the cell “no, no, no” she said pushing herself more into the was trying to get away from me, pure terror in her eyes. I walked out of the cell and grabbed a bottle and a cloth. I crouched next to my new mate, and pushed the cloth over her mouth till she was unconscious, “Take her up to my room, and the brat to the infirmary, the doctor will look after him there” I said lowly my mate has already mated, I should kill him and the brat now I thought to myself my canines sliding out. I left the cell locking the door before walking up to my room. Jackson had laid her on my bed, I looked at her clothes, they were all torn up, blood soaking through the fabric, and I called out for one of the omegas to bring me clothes for her through the pack mind link, as soon as I took of her shirt, I saw cuts, scars and bruises all over her body, who the hell did his to her, they were going to pay for this. As soon as I dressed her I placed her under the covers and slipped under their next to her.

Lily’s POV

I woke up with somebodies arm locking me in place, where was Max, and what happened to Jay, I remembered what happened last night, Mate, I turned to look at the person beside me, freshly mowed grass and wood filled my nose, he was my Mate, I crawled out of the bed, looking down I saw that I was in different clothes, I have to find Max and Jay and then I can kill this guy later, I walked over to the door wrenching it open I ran out into the corridor, I tried to mind link Jay but there was only a faint feeling, I ran around for what seemed like hours until I stumbled across a door that had the word infirmary, I could smell Max in there, his scent was strong, I burst open the door, to see his lying on a hospital bed, I went over to him checking him over, I unplugged the machines one by one, and held him in my arms, he was starting to stir now, Jay I thought, I followed the mind link until I got down to the cell we were in last night, he was still hung from the ceiling “Lil get out now” Jay slurred out, his face was covered in blood and it looked like his shoulder had been popped out “I’m going to get you out of here, we need to get as far away from this place as we can” I said my eyes looking on a key that hung on a peg on the wall. I grasped it, unlocking his chains as I tried to comfort Max who was wide awake and frightened, Jay slumped onto me as I tried to support him as we walked to the doors at the end of the corridor, we managed to get him up the stairs before we were stopped, my mate was growling at us his eyes black, he ran straight into Jay, not only knocking Jay but Max and me to the ground, grabbing Jay by the throat he stood up pushing Jay into the wall by his throat “let go of him” I said trying to shove him off Jay, I worked my way between them Max still in my arms “don’t hurt him” I said tears streaming down my face, I saw my pain mirrored in his, s**t he really is my mate, he bent down and wiped away the tears “Delta Robinson and Beta Jackson take these two to the infirmary” he said taking Max out of my arms and putting them into the Jackson guys arms, damn it my mate is an alpha I thought to myself, I have to get out of here a quickly as I can, he pulled me into his arms to stop me from struggling, he half walked half carried me to the room where I had woken up this morning, I soon worked out that this was his bedroom. “what are you going to do to me” I said backing up against the wall, he came up to me, pushing me against the wall, bending down he kissed me, my wolf inside me stirring, I had to keep in control, his hands went from my hips underneath my shirt and under my bra, I slapped his hand away. But this only made him angrier, he growled deepening the kiss his hand resting where it had been just before I slapped it away for a second time and then a third time “get off me” I yelled trying to push him off me “don’t ever deny me of my property” he growled in my ear, I could feel something pressing into my thigh “I’m not your property, now and not ever, I Lillianna Paddly here by reject you as my …” I never finished my sentence because his hand clamped over my mouth, “you are never to reject me ever, you are my mate and my property, I love you, I will protect you no matter what, no male will come near you ever, if they do I will hunt them down and kill them, you are my property and you will do whatever I say, I will love you forever and if you don’t accept me I’ll take you into the forest and do you so hard you won’t be able to walk for a month, I promise you that, my Luna” he said pushing up against me.
