“Let me in, Owen!” I shouted.
I heard a thump. Then, there were some sounds from behind the door that I couldn’t make out, and moments later, the door was swinging open, Owen looking frantic. “Man, come in. I f****d up.”
I rushed inside, looking around and seeing Aurora lying on the floor. I ran to her side, checking her pulse. Once I verified it was there, I stood and rushed towards Owen, grabbing him by the collar of his shirt. “What the f**k did you do to her?”
Owen held up his hands. “I didn’t know she’d pass out. I was showing her my wolf.”
