AURORA’S POV
“You did what?!” Maya squealed.
I blushed, burying my face in my pillow. “We did it. We had sex.”
She squealed again, jumping on my bed. “I can’t believe it! So you’ve decided that you’re going to accept Silas?”
I pulled my face from my pillow and gave her a serious look. “I didn’t say all that. We just had sex.”
Maya held up her hands. “I’m sorry. I was just assuming. But wow. That’s amazing. So. How was it?”
I threw my pillow at her. “It was awesome but that’s all you’re getting from me.”
She grabbed my pillow, pulling it close to her chest. “Oh, Silas, oh, Silas!”
I kicked at her as she laughed, jumping up off my bed. “I’m so proud of you, A. Take what you want, when you want, and leave behind no witnesses!”
I rolled my eyes. “So dramatic.”
