Eight Friday, April 22 Lake Gatun, Panama Canal The tour of BCI was only for Eva and Caleb, but Sarah joined them in the Zodiac, saying she wanted to speak to some of the scientists at the facility. Rounding out the group were the Zodiac pilot and a Coast Guard police officer who would serve as their security detail. As they crossed the short distance to Barro Colorado Island, Eva found herself very much looking forward to the excursion.
