Chapter 18 Jesse sat cross-legged on the floor, petting Henrietta, who was curled up in his lap. He was leaning back between Kent’s legs, who was sitting in an overstuffed chair behind Jesse. Jordan and Spenser’s apartment was strewn with boxes, some closed, taped and labeled, others open and half-packed. Jordan sat on the couch sorting through a stack of CDs.
