Ella's POV
I turned to see Theo walking towards me, a serious expression on his face. "I'm sorry for what happened earlier." "I shouldn't have let Tiara and her friends bully you like that," he said, his voice filled with sincerity.
I raised an eyebrow, surprised by his apology. "You're apologizing to me?" I asked, my voice skeptical.
Theo nodded, his eyes pleading. "Yes, I am, Ella." I know I've been a jerk lately, and I feel bad about it. It hurt seeing you ghost me like I didn't exist. "Can you please forgive me?" he asked, his voice filled with emotion.
I looked at him, my heart softening. Maybe Theo wasn't so bad after all. "Okay, I forgive you," I said, smiling.
Theo's face lit up with relief. "Thank you, Ella. I promise to be there for you from now on."
