Claudia’s POV I sit on the edge of the couch, arms crossed, the soft ticking of the wall clock gnawing at my nerves. My eyes flick to the door again. Still nothing. Finally, the lock clicks. The door swings open. Liam steps in. I shoot to my feet. “Where have you been, Liam? I called your office. They said you left since noon.
