Derry’s POV
“Wake up,” I say to the chained male who looks to be in his late twenties. He reacts much the same as Cliff did. First, he fights, then he panics.
“Calm down and answer all our questions truthfully,” I say, infusing my power into my words. The man calms instantly.
“What is your name and age?” I ask.
