Willy reached in and pushed the rucksack to one side. Thank God it was still there. The shadow cast onto the safe by the strip light meant that Willy had trouble seeing inside. He reached his right hand in and felt around for the parcels Ian had given him earlier. All he needed was to feel one of them and his mind would be at rest. He wasn’t afforded the opportunity, though. The door opened, and Ted stepped into the room. Willy closed his eyes, evidently caught red-handed. "What are you doing there, Willy?" Willy took a few deep breaths as Ted stood behind him. He pulled the top of the rucksack out and showed it to his manager. "Ah, putting your stuff away, right?" Willy nodded.
