Zala's POV I tossed and turned in my bed, the moon peeking through my curtains. My mind kept going back to what I saw in the forest. Was it really Mommy? King said I was seeing things, but it felt so real. With a sigh, I got up and tiptoed to my window. The forest looked dark and scary at night, but also kinda magical. Like it was hiding secrets. "Mommy, where are you?" I whispered, pressing my hand against the cool glass. Finally, I crawled back into bed, hugging my stuffed bear tight.
