After gym, the rest of my day was surprisingly uneventful. There were still side-eye stares and snickering whispers, but no one came up to me or started any trouble. I guess Clem is up there in the student hierarchy. I shouldn’t speak too soon, I step into my Physics classroom, and I can’t help but remember the events that happened just yesterday.
