I was in the kitchen trying to make a quick dinner. I was so tired from the office. The day was so hectic with loads of reports to be submitted the following day.

When a knock arrived at the door

Come in, I responded, without even raising my head from what I was doing.

The person at the other end heard me and walked in, then tentatively shut the door behind him.

“ Cooking still? The very familiar voice inquired with a smile, which made me raise my head from the pot.
