He found her in the archive room on a Wednesday afternoon, which was either coincidence or the result of the kind of careful observation she was beginning to recognize as one of Riven Varek's most consistent habits.
The archive room lived on the twelfth floor, a long narrow space with floor-to-ceiling shelving housing the physical contract records from before the company's digital transition.
