The entire banquet hall buzzed with excitement upon Lionel's arrival. Although not all the guests were from the capital, those familiar with the internet knew of the infamous son of the Singers. Lionel was notorious for his frequent controversies that often made headlines.
With a sweet smile, Lionel addressed the crowd, "Ladies and gentlemen, I’m glad to see you all enjoying yourselves. I’m here for my brother."
A few guests from the capital whispered amongst themselves, aware that Vandy had distanced himself from the Singers family many years ago.
Vandy, the subject of Lionel’s announcement, seemed unfazed. He was engrossed in a conversation with Assistant Shan while handling some paperwork. If not for Rara's persistent pestering, he wouldn’t have attended the banquet at all.
