C027 Checking Out All The Completed Task

I told them not to throw their old clothes but turn them into stripes of cloth to make a kind of binding rope to secure the bags into a bundle of 50s. They nodded in agreement and started to tear their clothes right in front of me exposing their young and silky smooth skin that looked so tantalising that I wished I could plant my lips and kiss every inch of it. Soon we all had breakfast in the garden and I passed the coin pouch to Hiko-sama to settle the new clothes and other niceties. The girls smelled fresh and great after they had used the Karada Soap with the lilac scent. I asked Hiko-sama to see if the watchsmith had 4 more of the timepieces and to make orders for it.

Hiko-sama had the girls to carry the 2 baskets that had filled with the 24 New scent of Karada Soap so he would visit the cosmetics after the girls had bought new clothes and changed into them to make them more presentable to the eyes of the client.

A while later the workers and their foreman arrived and the foreman was rubbing his forehead as he approached. He had fallen a trap and an abyss that he could not get out from. We exchanged bows and they immediately resumed their work.

The workers were told by the foreman that they would be absorbed my me to be fully employed as permanent staffs and the workers worked with such enthusiasm that they were able to complete the rest of the skeletal structure plus the moveable overhead beams with the pulley system before the mid morning was over.

The workers didn't believe their luck had turned around for them and their future, and when they confirmed about their great news and they told their families about it, their wives wanted to meet Hiko-sama and me to relay their appreciation to us.

The workers even told that the house they built were to shelter 6 girls that had been mistreated by their employers. They never believed their luck to meet such kind hearted Masters.

However, the foreman was feeling down on his luck for committing such a exorbitant amount of orders that he had not seen a single piece yet. I approached the foreman and told him not to worry, as once each product had been made ready, a messenger would be sent for him to acknowledge to receive and make payment. So its not a one time payment but a gradual one.

I made him envision of having 4 more bitches on top of his existing one and his wife and the joys of them receiving such gifts from such a Lord God like him.

I soon walked away after playing a psychological mind games with the foreman. I stepped into the warehouse and was amazed at the size from within. Luckily I had discussed to make an elevated staging area so that we could use it to store the STM.

Another section could be made to store the Detergent on a pallet while another would be for the clay bottles of the hae shanpu that would be the size of a palm and the thickness of a thumb.

After the horizontal beam and pulley system had been installed I tested it out. The pulley is able to move the whole length of the beam, which was the length of the warehouse. Then I pulled the pulley and it rolled closer to the staging area.

"Perfect! This eliminates the use of human strength to lift the machines up one by one by hand. Very practical indeed." I though to myself. I looped the rope under my buttocks and held the free end to the main rope and I sat down to test its strength. I swung from end to end and side to side and it was almost frictionless.

The workers may be thinking of me playing the fool but in actual fact, I AM!!! What could you expect from a kid?

At the same time to test the strength of the whole system. I noticed a vertical ladder on each ends of the wall, in case the need for maintenance of the beam was required.

I noticed that the workers had hastened the construction speed a notch and completed the staging area, 24 pallets and 10 sets of 3 tiered shelving and they asked me where to place them. I told them to areange according to there I need them which was underneath the elevated staging area and it fitted nicely.

I told them that I need them to construct for us a table and 2 high back chairs and 2 stools. Plus, if there's enough materials, they could construct a shelf that fits underneath the elevated staging area for storing of files.

Soon it was break time and the workers went to eat in pairs. I walked out and saw that Hiko-sama and the girls had returned in their new clothes that they wore and bundles of other stuff and the two baskets of the Karada Soap.

"Hey, kid! Good news for us. The lady boss of the cosmetic shop had not reduced the order and have increased the orders instead for 150 pieces for every type because she said that the girls smelled like they were showered in perfume instead of dabbing it on their nodes."

"The lady boss said that she would be okay if she starts to receive batches of the Karada Soap and would be paying gold coins for every transaction. That means the gross income for just that particular shop has reached 4,350 coins."

"I told her about the upcoming new product for hae shanpu and she told us to bring 50 pieces for each scent at an offered price of 5 gold pieces each and the gross income for the hae shanpu alone would be at 2,500 coins because she thought that the girls were using hae shanpu and she smelled their hair was super delighted!"

"From that shop alone we could generate an income of 6,850 gold coins! I contacted the pottery shop and was shown several clay bottles and I saw one that looked like the one you describe. The soap holders actually looked like an oversized dipping dish and I ordered a sample to be made large enough to hold the soap in place."

Hiko-sama took my sketchpad and drew a rough design with a fairly large mouth which he said can be used to cover it with a cork stopper. Hiko-sama also drew the estimated shape and dimension of the soap holder. "The cost for the clay bottles was at 1 silver each and I told the boss that we do not need any glazing, and the surface would be slightly rough. A standard default color would be light gray and a Potter could make about 8 to 15 pieces per hour and they had 4 potters on hand. The soap holder would be made of plain white clay with no designs on it and a sample would be made so I could see how it looked like."

"With such a simple design with no other works following the basic foundation for the material would be a second tier of quality that is light grey and they have abundance of it, enough to make 5,000 pieces. Since it would be used to contain liquid I told them to dry them as leather hard, which contains about 15% moisture."

"Then the clay would be processed by Ram Pressing, a method used to shape ware by pressing a bat of prepared clay body into a required shape between two porous moulding plates. After pressing, compressed air is blown through the porous mould plates to release the shaped wares."

"Once the design had been shaped, it would be placed in a kiln and fired up for some period of time and then it would be removed and immediately be smothered in ashes to produce an anti slip texture. And you know how much the boss charges us for each clay bottle? 3 bottles for 1 silver only! I ordered 1200 bottles for the cost of only 40 gold coins! Here's the receipt and they are COD. The clay bottles would be placed in a crate of 20 bottles each and would be lined with hay. Any breakages would be replaced for free."

"Alright, I will attend to these girls first and pass them 60 Hangers as they have a hanging horizontal pole in their bedrooms originally for the towel rack. Soon I passed 32 coins to Hiko-sama and he went back to the watch shop to purchase the pocketwatch after he had rested a bit, drank some yumeshu and left.

I called the girls to the front of the house to take the 6 bundles of Hangers and showed them how to hang the clothes. After that they could do their own tasks, either to prepare lunch or to fold the Kurin Detergent Laundry paper bags.

I sat at the garden and took out my sketchpad and marked out what had been completed and what is yet to be performed.

5. Visualise 520 more moulds for the total of 300 bars of soap for each 24 scents. (Awaiting curing process)

8. Collect orders from the cosmetics shop for all the 29 scents

12. Recompile the orders for the cosmetics and confirm if they wanted to buy 100 bars of soap for every 29 scents at 1 gold piece each. Total is 2,900 bars of soap. Now increased to 150 x 29 = 4,350 pieces

22. Make Shampoo bottles. Mass produced and stamps for each scent be made. (3 for 1silver for a total of 40gold coins at 1,200 pieces)

25. Design soap holders (awaiting sample)

24. R&D floor cleaning agent/laundry. This is the same process to make. Laundry Detergent would be lemon scent. Cleaning agent would be citrus and pine.
