Contrary to her race car entrance back at home, she was a good driver, handling the car with an easy confidence. They made good time, getting into the theatre with their popcorn and drinks just as the trailers were starting. After the movie, they hopped back in her car and headed north again, back to Stevensville. They discussed the movie in louder than necessary voices accompanied by animated hand movements and much laughter.
