Kendra's Point of View
"What happened to you?" Mother asked as I stepped into the house, all cold with blood, "Were you attacked? Did you get into a fight with one of the workers?" She continued with her barrage of questions, rushing to the place where we kept the medical supplies to find the bags missing.
"I'm with it," I replied, putting the bag out in front of me to show her.
"How did this happen?" She asked again, walking close to me, she pulled my hands into her, using her fingers to probe for injuries.
"I'm fine, Mother." I replied, pulling my hands away from her, "And none of this blood is mine either." I continued, sighing out of tiredness and pulled the bag over my head, throwing it to the floor.
