"It's snowing!" I woke up to giggles and cheers from kids in our apartment.
"It's snowing?" I asked myself as I sat up straight, wiping my eyes with the back of my palms, Mother wasn't on the bed I noticed, "She must have gone out early." I thought as I walked to the window, to see the snowflakes drifting across the dark smile while children who had woken earlier had seen its fluffiness fall to the ground.
"Get back into the house, Lara!" The parent of one of the children yelled, sending all the kids up and scrambling into the apartment, all with joy and cheer, I shivered to the cold while I smiled at their playfulness, wrapping my arms around my body tightly as the cold seeped in.
