Laura's Point of view
"Hey!" I called out to the maid that had come early, Kendra's early to work attitude had made it so that I had to wake up early to meet her or have to order a guard to get her waiting, and I'm so lazy about it that I either forget to tell a guard or I oversleepi sighed as I walked across to the servant.
"Yes, Ms Laura." She answered with a curt bow.
"Have you seen Kendra today" I asked her, scanning around if she would step in an given time.
"I haven't."
"Any other time apart from now?
"I thought she was your friend?" The servant asked, I chuckled a bit, surprised by her tone as she spoke, I had to look at her properly while raising my position to look mighty.
"Isn't that obvious?" I asked her, putting in my smile to pull her in.
"I didn't think so." She answe
