He lifted an eyebrow as he watched the woman carry Lucas. After a moment, both walked into and straight through the wall at the end of the hall. He glanced around the area and noted that no students were even around. With a huff he started down the hall.
"Go back to the council room," Nameia ordered the Fae woman. Quick footsteps behind him told him that the demi-God was in quick pursuit of him.
"This must be the same hall that's under that spell during the day."
"Yes," she answered, "we have to be much more careful this time. Walking through that wall will most certainly alert them."
"Let them."
"Even to someone like you, that's a bit much. Besides, what about me? Are you trying to get me killed in the process?"
Ty winced inwardly, "No," he muttered in response.
"Well alright then. We go quickly. The faster we go the better. With that nice ability of yours it should make it all the more easier to find him."
"Of course," Ty commented and walked straight through the wall. He forgot about the steps and stumbled down them, just barely catching himself at the bottom without falling. Behind him, Nameia followed, tripping once as well though she was far more graceful then he was.
He wasted no time and hurried down into the hallway. The silvery image of L'liya and Lucas were slowly heading down the hall to his left. He rushed after them, slowing when he was right behind the milky replicas. Nameia followed right on his heels. She watched the area around them, being ever vigilant if Stalkers showed up. Ty was rather certain that wouldn't be too much longer.
He was right.
"Aw, damnit all to hell," Nameia cursed. She rushed ahead of him as the silvery frames of L'liya and Lucas turned down another hall. Ty stopped, unsure of what to do though he really wanted to keep following the apparitions.
"Nameia!?"
"Thick headed i***t, keep going! I'll keep them busy," when he continued to watch her for a moment she growled at him, "What? Don't think a woman can hold her own. Get going or I'll fry your ass too."
He grinned at her, that was enough incentive, and Ty turned on his heel to run down the corridor. He heard a loud explosion from behind him, but didn't look to see how the demi-God was fairing. He was certain she would be just fine on her own. What Ty had to worry about was getting to Lucas before anything bad happened to him.
The filmy form of L'liya led him down the hall quite a ways before she turned right. This part of the catacombs he did not remember and he'd explored quite a bit of it the first night he was there. Oh the things Lucas' doesn't know... I wonder how much trouble I could possibly get into with him Ty wondered aimlessly.
About ten feet down the hall, L'liya's figure descended into darkness. He stopped at the foot of the stairs and stared into the dark for a moment, waiting and listening. There were no sounds from the deep dark. With a frown he started down into it, keeping his ears opened and his wits about him as best he could.
As he reached the bottom, something happened. He wasn't entirely sure what it was, but he knew it wasn't good. Something wrapped around his frame and dragged him forward. They felt like wires almost as they tightened around him. Upon trying to wriggle his way out, they tightened down on him, cutting through is clothes. Immediately he stopped.
Shit...he thought to himself as he was pulled into the light. Falling to his knees from the momentum and sudden stop, he finally got a chance to look around. The room was circular in shape and two torches flickered firelight around them. Before him he saw Lucas, arms tied to the wall he was up against. He was sitting on the floor an angry and yet terrified look on his face.
"Didn't I say I would find out how tenacious of a bastard you were?" the voice could only belong to Vahn who was behind him from the sound of it.
Ty grinned as he watched the vampire struggle across from him. He wondered why Lucas was making such a face. There was nothing to be afraid of. Or maybe he was worried. Even so, he really shouldn't have a need to worry about Ty.
"I think you'll find that out soon enough," he replied with a short laugh. From his right side he spotted Vahn coming to a stop and kneeling down next to him.
"Really? Because I'm going to make damn sure that you're dead this time."
Ty turned his body as best he could and leaned forwards to close as much distance between them as possible, his lips were still twisted in his cunning grin, "You can try," he growled back.
A pair of thin hands took hold of his head and across from him Lucas just about freaked out. The vampire pulled and twisted against the cuffs that held him prisoner against the wall. They looked to be made of silver, making Ty wonder if that was the reason for Lucas' still being stuck. Interesting, he would have to make note of that.
He laughed as L'liya's hands tightened around his face, "Just know that I'll be sure to kill you first, bitch."
"L'liya... L'liya don't. Please," Lucas cried out, his voice shaking terribly. His gaze flicked between Ty and the vampire who held his head. Ty was pretty sure that L'liya wasn't a vampire anymore though. Lucas' silver gaze was wide, pleading and so afraid.
She didn't pay attention to him. With a swift twist of her hands, Ty's neck snapped and he fell limply to the floor.
