Sly Cat checked the locations that had been visited by Topan during the past week, but all of these locations did not indicate the location of the RED MADNESS manufacturing plant. So far Topan had only traded RED MADNESS to a number of people. Usually, Sly Cat trailed these buyers and hit them until they passed out in a narrow, quiet alley. Sly Cat put this fainting person into his invisible bubble and reached into this person's pocket and confiscated all the drugs that the person had. Sly Cat did it at night, so the buyers could not recognize him.
