Chapter Eighteen Perched outside Richard’s house on a very strong branch she waited to be noticed, leaning from the tree, holding on with one hand and stretching, trying to see into his house. He was home, she saw him go inside. She decided to climb higher and look into the first available window where she hoped to see him again.
