I knew Lawrence was angry again, but I didn't dare say anything. He always got angry easily, which was elusive and inexplicable. If I explained it to him here, it would only make him angrier, and everyone would discover my relationship with Lawrence.
I silently took on the role of warehouse manager, and Jack took Lawrence and other people in the company to inspect the warehouse. Luckily, Lawrence just walked around to see if there was any problem and left.
