I laid Stella to rest in the cemetery in London and sat in front of her headstone for three days before I finally returned to real life.
I knew that Stella was no longer going to live. I had lost Stella forever, my only family in the world.
No, she was not my only family. Eleanor was also my family. She was my wife, but I didn't know how to face her.
Although I told myself countless times in my mind that Stella's death had nothing to do with Eleanor, Eleanor was innocent. It was the damn Beta who cheated on her.
