[Examination and Treatment Room]
"Ma'am, do you hear my voice?" I ask the patient as I arrived inside the ETR. She's not responding. She's unconscious.
"What happened?" I ask Franco.
"According to her guardian, they were on their way to their wedding when a truck hit into their car."
"How's her guardian?"
"He is pretty hurt badly as well but he can manage he said."
I breathe deeply, "okay." I check the patient's eyes. "Did you take an X-Ray?"
"Yes. But... The patient is pregnant."
"What? Did you call Gynaecology?"
"Yes. They're on their way."
