This is the tenth times Liam has called her since today and she haven't picked any of them, but he continued to call.
"Hey", Irene finally answered the call.
"Hey, are you okay? I left so many messages and called you so many times but you never picked or returned my messages", Liam said with a complaining tone.
" Sorry, i slept of after taking some medication", Irene said in a monotone.
" It's okay, I just wanted to make sure that you are okay. You should rest okay? I will see you at the office tomorrow", Liam said and kept the call.
But he was very disturbed to hear her lying to him but he couldn't be that angry because he knew that she was doing it for him.
