She called him again and then again and then again.
But none of her calls were answered. Curious about worried, she rushed back towards his office room. As soon as she came out from the lift and turned towards Liam's office she saw David pacing outside the door. His expression looked like dooms day was fast approaching.
"Hey ..... Dav where is liam? Is there any ongoing meet that I don't know of?" She asked David worried.
He was flabbergasted to see Irene there. He was still unsure of what she was to Liam but his sixth sense told him that he had to stop her from entering Liam's office.
"Hi, irene yeah boss in an important meeting", he said.
"Oh I see", she said all dejected.
"I will tell him you were looking for him", he said and smiled briefly.
"No that's okay, it's nothing urgent"
