Wale's anxiety started to rise again as they waited for Eva. He looked at Samuel as he was engrossed with the movie he was watching and he appeared unbothered. He wished he could have the kind of confidence Samuel has. A faint smile played across his lips as he admired his friend. Despite his humble status, he exudes confidence and strength.
After twenty minutes of waiting, Wale heard the much anticipated dreaded knock and Samuel quickly switched off the television. He knew without a doubt that Eva was the one knocking by the loud sound of the knock because none of the maids knocks on his door like that. Nonetheless, he decided to ask because he wanted to be sure if she is the one so that Samuel could quickly go into the bathroom.
"Who is that?" he asked.
"Wale, I'm the one," Eva repli
