Wale regretted knowing Eva. If not for her, his life in the house would have been practically perfect. He wished he could somehow get rid of her, unfortunately, she is the daughter of Chief Williams and there was nothing he could do. As long as he is living with them he has to accept his fate as he has come to realize that she is a cross he would have to bear.
