The Evil Queens Daughter

It's dark and cold. I am lost. The other kids of foster home so there was a killer party at 5th and main. I'm beginning to think I misheard them. I turn around to go back to the foster home but as soon as I step off the curb a black car came around the corner and two guys jumped out and grabbed me throwing a bag over my head.

    BEEP BEEP BEEP. Goes my alarm clock. I reach over and crack! I guess I hit the snooze too hard I am broke my alarm and half again. Hi I'm Destiny Starr but everyone just calls me Star. I am well I'm not really sure what I am. I guess I'm a halfling vampire venom. My mother is Queen of vampires my father was a human and my mom was beloved. He didn't tell my mom he was already married. He waited tell she was pregnant with me then he left. Unfortunately I was born human like my dad so my mom didn't want me. Not till I was 18. It was the night before I turned 18 and was kidnapped the never mind that now. I got to get ready for work. I am one of New York city's finest. 

              "Hey Star your late."

    I stopped "SHHHHH you won't come to know that Charlie" I say

   Charlie is my partner he just laughs and says "chill you're 5 minutes early."

           I clock in and we go to our meeting so are captain can tell everyone what we're doing today.
