Her Lies (Trilogy)

Lie 1

"you should've been in there in the first place, I don't even know why that b***h brought you home with us"

A man said to the girl beside him.

The man drove a car to an unknown location, while the girl was quietly listening to the insults hurled by the man that she refers to as uncle. She clenched her fists, trying to hold back her tears as she stared out the window, feeling trapped in the uncomfortable tension.

'where is this?'

The girl was nervous looking out the window not knowing where they are going. She is too afraid to ask his uncle and so she kept her silence.

"you monster shouldn't be here in earth. The world was peaceful without you"

The man keep insulting the girl as he keeps driving through the road in the middle of the forest.

"this place is so creepy as you"

You can hear the man's voice tremble in fear as they keep driving straight.

After a little while, they came across a large gate. The size of it astounded both of them. The gate opened on its own as the man drove the automobile gently. As they drove in, the man's hair stood on end in terror.

Shortly after, they noticed three large, contemporary structures that appeared to be a private school. The main school, which is larger than the two buildings on either side, makes up this complex. The architecture of the main school building was striking, with its modern design and large windows. It seemed to be the focal point of the entire complex, drawing their attention as they approached. They also witnessed additional vehicles and individuals exiting them. When they came to the larger middle structure, he paused.

"go get your things and get out of my car, I don't want to see you anymore. I'm pretty sure they won't let you go rampant or something"

The man said and waited for the girl to take out her things from his car.

After taking everything out of the car, he drove off. Not even having a second thought, he left her not knowing what to do.

The girl sighed and looked around the place, other people saying goodbyes to their sons and daughters. Everyone looks rich and classy, she felt like she doesn't belong here. But she doesn't belong outside this school either, so she rather stay here with other students like her than be called an outcast outside and feared by normal people.

A robot took her things and scan her. The girl was shocked with the robot and how advanced the technology in this place.

"Farah Jones. First year, section S. Please follow me"

The robot identified her and command her to follow.

She began to move along with the robot. They moved to the right of the bigger building. She realized that the structure was just for the ladies' dormitories after noticing that every female was following the robots and entering inside. The robot led her to a smaller entrance on the middle of the building, where she saw a sign that read "Women's Quarters."

As she entered, she noticed the interior was elegantly decorated with soft colors and comfortable furniture. They ride an elevator as they ascended all of the girls one by one exited the elevator except her, she was confused on what floor she was assigned to.

The little monitor shows the 19th floor, when the elevator opened the robot exited. She followed the robot as she looks around, the doors looked fancy enough for her to be confused as why she is in this floor. The doors was different from the door she saw in the down floor.

"uhm... Excuse me, are you sure this is my floor?"

She asks.

The robot didn't answer her, it just stops at room number 1903. It opens the door and they enters, while the robot continued to put her things inside she looks around the room.

She is still unsure, but she likes how luxurious her room is; it feels like she is in a skyscraper. The space includes a kitchen, a living area, and a stairway that appears to connect to the bedroom. The large windows provide stunning views of the whole front garden below, adding to the overall feeling of exquisiteness. The modern decor and high ceilings give the room an elegant and sophisticated ambiance.

"uhm.. "

Before she can fully say her question the robot talks.

"welcome to your new room. We hope you have a great semester. "

And immediate exited the room.

She blinked and sighed hopelessly. She just looked around before letting her body fall to the couch. 'do I really deserve this room? Is this really mine?'

"maybe they just got it wrong, I need to ask someone"

The girl whispered.

Yawns. "I'll do it, maybe later"

ZZZzzz....

Upon awakening, she gazed at the darkened sky. She frightened right away and realized she was no longer in her former home as she glanced around. The unfamiliar surroundings causes her to remember how she ended up in this strange place and situation. The chaos she caused to her old school and her own home that give her a roof to live in.

"oh"

Growls. "ohh"

She stands up and went to the kitchen to see if there's some food. Luckily when she opens the fridge she saw a different kind of food inside. It was full of cooked and non-cooked foods, all she needed to do is to make something for herself.

"well, I guess it is a good thing I know how to live alone"

She tried to brighten up regardless her trauma.

She began to grab some of the raw ingredients, preparing to cook for herself. Slicing, boiling, and stirring, she then prepares herself for dinner. She placed it in a bowl suitable for her consumption and began eating it.

After eating, she cleaned everything up and then she put the unconsumed food back to the fridge for later. She went back to the living room to question everything in her life happening, when she saw a phone on the table in front of her.

She picked the phone up and looked at it closely. When it lit up, the phone showed her name. 'Farah Jones'

"looks like this is mine too, so then the room is also mine right? It wasn't switched"

She said to herself as she bites her thumb nail.

She unlocked the phone and explore it's features. It has a call log, message, a chrome, it looks like an ordinary phone. While exploring she receive an email, she tap on it. It shows the welcoming to the school and the rules and regulations.

She scrolled through it and familiarize everything. It has the a two links; for the classroom and the dormitory.

'offenses; loud noises, fighting (no using ability), no opposite gender, curfew, etc.'

It applies both classroom and dormitory, the rules were normal like a normal school outside except for the no using ability thingy.

She looked outside her window and starting to realize that this is her new home, her new life, and she needs to get used to everything that this school gives her.

The next two days, they were given a time to explore the facilities. The classroom that they were assigned, the laboratories, the gym, the cafeteria and the arena that they called.

The arena was so big that can be compared the the biggest arena outside. But that wasn't what she thought, because while exploring she decided to climbed up at a billboard and saw the forest at the back of the arena. It was still inside the property of the school, the forest was bigger than the arena.

She was too enchanted by the forest when someone called for her attention. She looked down and it looks like one of the robot.

"please get down, that is not a place for a student to climbed"

"I'm sorry, I'll come down"

She apologized and descended.

She sweep her clothes clean before apologizing to the robot again. She leaves the arena and decided to go back to the dormitory. When going back she saw a three good-looking boys sitting at a bench. She looks at them in a daze.

"so handsome"

"they're so sweet and delicious to my eyes"

"good looking, rich, smart. Who can top those three?"

"I also heard from the boys that they live at the 20th floor and it's a penthouse"

"is it possible to be the same class as them?"

"actually I was same class as them last semester, they really is smart"

"so it is possible?"

"well, I guess it depends on the subject. But on the abilities training, it is impossible. Section S is a special class, only the riches and geniuses are the person allowed to join"

"wait really? Awwe, too bad. I really hope we have the same minor subject. I need to see them to be alive"

"iww, don't depend on the man's presence to be alive. But same girl, same"

She heard a group of friends that is also sitting at the bench not far from her. She continues to listen to their gossips as they switched to a different topic that sounds familiar as. As she listens she realized it was her that those friends are talking about.

"hey, speaking of the section S. I heard that they found a new student that fits your description."

"huh? What do you mean girl?"

"section S have a new student, a girl. You know that starting 18th floor was the room for them right? My friend was at the 16th floor saw a girl that stops at the 19th. What do you think that is?"

"a new special student?"

"uh huh,"

"did they saw if the girl is rich or pretty something?"

"she told me it was a normal looking girl"

She felt awkward and embarrassed by the other girl's comment about her, so she decided to just keep walking back to her room. She knew that dwelling on the situation would only make her feel worse, so she focused on taking deep breaths and reminding herself that other people's opinions don't define her worth.

When she arrives at her room, she started to get ready for her first the next day. She laid out her clothes and set her alarm clock before taking a relaxing shower to unwind after a long day of traveling. The anticipation of the new adventure ahead filled her with excitement as she drifted off to sleep.
