Kane's POV
The messengers have already spent a lot of time in Blood Moon. Based on the orders from the Ultima, the Sentinels join them to search the houses and surrounding woods for any sign of Delilah.
Right now, we're all supposed to be at the beck and call of these 'messengers' the Ultima has sent. But I refuse to stoop so low. I'm their commanding General and will continue to act from that place of authority.
Ever since I returned from the Cedar Wood pack, I've been waiting for them in my office.
"You know they will come with more questions," Alexander says within me.
"Yes," I agree with him. "I've mentally prepared myself."
Close to two hours later, a knock comes on the door and it opens as Ezekiel walks in.
"The messengers are here," he announces.
"Let them in."
