Chapter 16: The Vision Alex felt herself being pulled into the crystal orb, her consciousness expanding to encompass a vast, cosmic landscape. She saw swirling galaxies, stars being born and dying, and the infinite dance of celestial bodies. As she gazed deeper into the orb, Alex began to see visions of her own life: her childhood, her parents, her friends. But they were distorted, as if seen through a funhouse mirror. Ariana's voice whispered in her ear, "Look closer, Alex. See the truth." Alex focused, and the visions shifted. She saw her parents arguing, their faces twisted in anger. She saw herself, alone and scared, clinging to a fragile thread of hope. But then, the visions changed again. Alex saw herself standing tall, surrounded by a halo of light. She saw Ethan, his eyes shining with love and adoration. She saw a future filled with promise and possibility. The visions faded, and Alex found herself back in the chamber, gasping for breath. Ariana smiled, her eyes gleaming with triumph. "You see, Alex, your faith is stronger than you ever imagined. You have the power to shape your own destiny."
