Kayla's Pov
I felt like a human once more when I woke up. God be praised. I was finally able to sit up without seeing stars after spending three whole days glued to that damn bed like a corpse in silk pajamas. I yawned and extended my arms, almost forgetting that I appeared disorganized.
Monica and jake were the only ones who gave a damn.
