A FATE TO MEET YOU AGAIN
Next Day,
Chen Jia Xin and Cai Yasi took a rest from their busy schedules. They went for a fun trip to the amusement park. When they arrived, Jia Xin found a little girl, crying loudly near the merry-go-round.
She went to her and asked her
"What happened, little girl? Why are you crying like a monster?"
She replied in a tearful yet soft voice,
"I am lost!"
Jia Xin gently put her hand on the girl's head and said
"Let me help you then, but stop crying first."
She held her hand and turned back to face Cai Yasi. But he was nowhere to be found. She thought she would drop a message to Yasi later and led the small girl to the control room.
When they reached there,
They saw a woman shouting at the guard. The little girl freed her hand and ran towards the woman. She shouted "Mom" and listening to her, the woman immediately turned back. The woman hugged the girl tightly. Seeing the child safe, her motherly heart could not stop shedding happy tears.
After the little girl stopped crying, her mother asked her,
"How did you find me here?"
The girl pointed towards Jia Xin and said,
"Jie (Elder sister) helped me reach there ."
The girl's mother looked at her with tears in her eyes. Both of them stood up and slowly came to Jia Xin and thanked her.
Jia Xin:
"What is the matter of thank you in this. Anyone would have done the same in my place."
She looked back at the small girl and said,
"Do not cry ever again if you lose. You don't look good when you cry"
Giving a cheerful smile, the girl said
"Now I will not cry, thank you so much Jie"
The girl's mother laughed at both of them and said,
"If you are free, please let us have dinner with you."
She said cautiously,
"It's okay! There is no need for this."
The little girl suddenly holds her hands and shows her best puppy face, pleading for Jia Xin to accompany them to dinner.
Rapidly losing to the small girl, she finally agrees for dinner. So, the three of them left the park and got into the car the lady had bought.
When the lady parked her car, she was shocked to see her home.
Their house was not less than a luxurious mansion. When they stepped inside, they saw a boy casually sitting on the couch. He was none other than Lu Yang. Watching Jia Xin, he sprang up like he had seen a ghost.
He didn't even notice when the little girl approached him. The girl practically started hopping like a bunny while running towards Lu Yang and gave him a tight hug.
That jolted out Lu Yang, who now scolded the little girl while embracing her in his arms.
Lu Yang:
"Where had you gone? Do you know how much trouble we had to go through?"
The little girl broke the hug and, looking at his brother with emotional eyes, said,
"I had forgotten the way. But she gave me access to mom."
He then diverted his stare towards Jia Xin.
Saying that he was surprised to see Jia Xin was an understatement. Her savior had come to his home with no prior notice and was now standing in front of him.
Jia Xin was the same girl who saved him from g**g Li a few days ago. Jia Xin not only helped him but also his sister. He was so happy to see her. Something new started filling his heart and mind, and it was nothing but pure admiration and happiness. Maybe he had unconsciously started getting attracted to Jia Xin.
Lu Yang slowly came towards Jia Xin, who was sheepishly standing at the threshold. He made a slow bow and thanked her. This was the second time he was both meetings and thanking her for helping protect something precious to him. Jia Xin felt a distinct feeling but stayed silent while bowing in respect.
Meanwhile, the lady came out of the kitchen with many extravagant fruits and juice on an expensive-looking plate. She was Lu Yang's mother and was exquisite for her age.
She slowly placed the plate in front of them and encouraged the trio to eat. She then looked at his son, and said,
"I am going to cook something delicious for this beautiful doll. Till then, give her a tour of our small home."
When they finished with the food, the little girl held Jia Xin's hands and took her to the rooms upstairs.
Seeing the opportunity, Lu Yang quickly calls his best friend.
Xi Yi was playing a mobile game when he got the call. Irritated, he picks up the call, but before he could curse the person on the other side, Lu Yang silently whispers,
"Come to my house quickly, maybe you can meet my future girlfriend."
Listening to this, Xi Yi almost drops his cell phone, however, he catches the device mid-air, preventing its untimely demise. He instantly runs out from his house, while lacing up his shoes simultaneously.
At the mansion, the food was cooked and ready.
Lu Yang's mother called them from downstairs, saying,
"Come, the food is ready."
All of them reached the dining hall for dinner.
After beautifully and gracefully placing plates and offering food to everyone, the lady made a cheer with the juice glasses, thanking Jia Xin.
She just had taken the spoon near her mouth when she got a call. The call was from Cai Yasi. She excused herself from the dining table and went outside to pick up the call. As soon as she picked the call Yasi, started shouting at her and said,
"Where are you? I got a call, and you went to that girl, and when I turn, you are not there. Can't you even inform me before you go anywhere?"
Xia Jin had completely forgotten to call and tell him everything that happened. But before she could even apologize, Cai Yasi started screaming again,
"Can you see what time it is now? Go to your dorm soon or the warden will inform your dad."
Worriedly Xin replied,
"I am coming in 5 minutes. Please tell the warden that I will make it within time".
She disconnected the call and ran inside to the dining room. Seeing her worried look, Mrs. Yang asked,
"What happened, girl? Is everything okay?"
Feeling sorry for what she was about to say next, she slowly replied,
"I am really sorry, but I have to go now mam. But thank you for the dinner."
The lady's smiling face dropped to a sad one. She asked,
"But you had just started eating. Can't you wait for 10 more minutes? I will pack you some for your way back and will drop you too."
Another call came, and that freaked her out even more. Slowly, Jia Xin said,
"Ma'am, I am very thankful that you invited me to such a lovely dinner for such a trivial matter. But I need to hurry to my place before it gets late. Don't worry! I will eat once I have reached there, and your food is just outstanding."
The lady smiled prettily at the compliment. After a few pleasantries, Xin bid her goodbye and went back.
There were two doors to exit from the mansion.
Jia Xin took an exit from the 2nd door while Xi Yi entered through the first door at the same time.
When he reached inside, he saw all of them at the dining table. So he made a bow and silently went beside Lu Yang. When Mrs. Yang was not watching, he whisperingly asked Lu Yang huffing,
"Where is your would-be girlfriend you were talking about?"
Lu Yang could know from Xi Yi's panting, that he must have had run all the way to his home. So, he slowly replied that the girl had already left.
Upon hearing this, Xi Yi felt sad. He did so much hard work, but to no avail, as the person he wanted to meet already gone. So, he went to take a rest in Yang's room.
As soon as Jia Xin reached her place, she saw Yasi eating ice cream with a grin. She got furious seeing this.
Watching, Jia Xin closing up, Yasi asked her in a loud voice,
'Where had you been all this time?'
So, Xin narrated the whole situation to Yasi. Hearing this all, he had only one reaction.
He started laughing loudly. Seeing his strange and loud laugh,
Jia Xin asks the reason behind his crazy laugh. He stops laughing and says,
"What a destiny do you have? A person strikes someone twice only if they have some Destined".
Hearing this, Xin couldn't help but replied while pouting,
"So, it means that you and the fat girl who is chasing you also have a Destiny connection."
He looked at her angrily, but the next moment, both of them burst out into laughter.
After finishing the ice cream, both went their respective ways to their dorm. That's how the fun and bizarre day of Jia Xin ended.
