Tyler saw Tulip as she talked with Elizabeth on their way out of the main building. The school was over for the day and it was the weekend, so everybody was in a good mood. Mr. Miller's test was simple enough for everyone to score good mark and that reason also contributed to class’ cheerful mood. But nothing could cheer Tyler. He has tried talking to Tulip in last four days but has gotten no response. Earlier she was at least giving him some response, even though it was anger if nothing else, but now she would just ignore him like he didn’t exist at all. Today Tyler understood the meaning of the line that ‘silence hurt more than words’. He didn’t know what he should do because this time he was hurt, too.
